Description –
Large aesthetic movement heavy gauge silver pitcher decorated with repousse flowers and having a fancy leaf cap handle. Fancy monogram on the front and signed with the Wood & Hughes makers mark along with Sterling and the number 99 on the bottom. Weight of 27 troy ounces.
Age –
19th Century
Size –
Approximately 11 + 7/8 inches tall to the top of the handle by 8 + 1/4 inches across including the handle and spout.
Condition –
Age appropriate, we find one very tiny split coming off the underside of the rim near the handle that we feel occurred during the making, mentioned for accuracy, see photos for compete assessment.
